This website hosts free AI guides ("coaches") and related pages operated by Dr. Shelby Frederick under Dr. Shelby Frederick Global Ministries ("we," "us"). The guides serve these brands: Jewels of Wellness, Scribal Tech Services, Graced 2 Finish Publishing, The Door Membership, Truth & Life Community, War Room Warriors, and Northeastern College of Theology. This policy explains what we collect when you use a guide or this site, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Your answers and messages. When you chat with a guide, we receive the answers you tap or type and any questions you ask.

Your name and email. To see your personalized result, you enter your first name and email address. You can choose "No thanks, keep chatting" instead.

How you arrived. We record the keyword or link that brought you here (for example, a word you commented on Instagram) and the page address.

Instagram messages. If you comment a keyword or send a direct message on Instagram, our messaging tools (ManyChat or InstaChamp) send you a reply with a link. Those services, and Instagram, handle that activity under their own privacy policies.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics tools.

2. How we use information

• Generate your guide's replies and your personalized result
• Send emails from the brand whose guide you used, including tips, program news, and offers
• Understand which posts and keywords help people, so we can serve you better
• Keep the site secure and working, and meet our legal duties

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information.

3. How the AI works

The guides use Claude, an AI model from Anthropic. To create each reply, your conversation is sent to Anthropic through its paid API, which processes it under Anthropic's commercial terms. AI can make mistakes. Guides offer general education and encouragement, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Who receives information

• Anthropic, to generate the guide's replies
• Netlify, our hosting provider, which runs the site and stores your result request
• Google (Google Sheets), where we keep a list of guide sign-ups
• Kit, our email service provider, to store your subscription and deliver emails, tagged by brand and keyword
• ManyChat or InstaChamp, if you reached us through Instagram
• Authorities, when the law requires us to share information

5. Our emails

You choose to share your email. You'll hear from the brand whose guide you used. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those emails.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your sign-up and quiz answers until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Conversations themselves are not stored on this site after your visit ends, except for the answers saved with your sign-up.

7. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe at any time. Contact us to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. If you live where privacy laws give you added rights, such as California or the European Economic Area, contact us to use those rights.

8. Health and wellness content

Some guides discuss wellness. Your answers may touch on health topics you choose to share. Please share only what you're comfortable with. Wellness guides offer education, not medical advice; talk with a licensed healthcare professional about your health.

9. Children

The guides serve adults. We do not direct them to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we hold information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reputable providers to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We post updates on this page and change the effective date above.
