Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By using this website or its AI guides, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the site. "We" and "us" mean Dr. Shelby Frederick, operating under Dr. Shelby Frederick Global Ministries, including Scribal Tech Services ("STS").
2. The AI guides
The free AI guides on this site offer general education, encouragement, and planning ideas. They do not replace advice from a licensed physician, counselor, attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional. AI makes mistakes, so review any suggestion before you rely on it. Wellness guides do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition; talk with a licensed healthcare professional before changing your health routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a condition, or taking medication. If you are in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.
3. No guarantee of results
Guides, plans, and service descriptions do not promise income, growth, health outcomes, or any specific result. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances, and choices.
4. Paid offers mentioned by a guide
A guide may invite you to a program, review, community, app, or service. Each paid offer follows the terms stated at purchase or in a separate written agreement.
5. AI Coach Lead Magnet services (Scribal Tech Services)
These terms apply when you buy a done-for-you AI Coach package (Starter Coach, Signature Suite, or Kingdom Multi-Brand), an add-on, or a care plan.
Scope. Each package includes what its description lists at the time of purchase. Work beyond that scope, such as extra coaches, accounts, revisions, or custom integrations, is quoted separately.
Payment. We take payment through Square. With a payment plan, each installment is due on schedule; if a payment is missed, work and support pause until the account is current.
Refunds. You may cancel for a full refund, minus payment processing fees, at any time before your kickoff call. Because setup and building begin at kickoff, payments are non-refundable after the kickoff call. Care plans may be canceled any time before the next billing date; past months are not refunded.
Your part. You provide your brand details, offer links, and timely feedback. You create and keep your own accounts (such as Netlify, Anthropic, Kit, Google, ManyChat, and Instagram) and enter your own passwords and keys; we never ask you to send them to us. If we don't hear from you for 30 days, we may pause the project until you're ready.
Third-party services and costs. Your system runs on third-party services. You pay their usage costs directly, typically a few cents per AI conversation plus any paid plans you choose. We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or rule changes by Instagram, Meta, ManyChat, InstaChamp, Anthropic, Netlify, Kit, Google, or Square. Updates needed after a platform change, outside your support window or care plan, are quoted separately.
Your content and compliance. You own your accounts, brand content, leads, and email list. You are responsible for reviewing what your coach says, for the claims it makes about your offers, and for following email and privacy laws, including getting consent and honoring unsubscribes.
Ownership of the build. After full payment, you may use, change, and keep the coach system we build on your accounts for your own organization. STS keeps ownership of its templates, methods, and know-how, and may use them for other clients. You may not resell or offer the system as a service to others without our written permission.
Support. Support runs for the period your package lists, starting at launch. Revision rounds are as listed in your package.
Founding clients. Founding-client pricing requires the short video testimonial and case-study permission described at purchase. Otherwise, we mention you as a client only with your permission.
6. Intellectual property
The content, logos, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Names and logos of other companies, including Instagram, Meta, Anthropic, Claude, Kit, ManyChat, Google, and Square, belong to their owners and do not mean they endorse us. Ask us for written permission before you copy, sell, or republish our content. You may share links and quote a short passage with credit.
7. Acceptable use
Use the site and guides for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, misuse the guides, or pretend to be another person or organization.
8. Third-party links
We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
We provide the site and guides "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about the site or the free guides will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). For paid services, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Changes
We update these terms from time to time and post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Purchases follow the terms in effect when you bought.
12. Governing law
Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Ohio will hear any dispute.
